Start the weekend off right! Join me every Friday from July 24- August 21st at 7:30 am at the  Carroll Creek Amphitheater to get FIT (Functional Interval Training).

This 45 minute high intensity interval training workout will push you to your max (whatever your max may be) and leave you feeling stronger, faster, and more empowered.

 

 

 

 

Sample Workout:

45 seconds of work/15 seconds of restmountain

Burpees

Mountain Climbers

Squats (with jump option)

Push-ups

 

 

 

Our goal is not to be better than each other, but to be better than we were the day before!

My Boot Camps are designed to help reshape your body,  improve your fitness level, and jump start a healthy workout routine. Women will have fun while burning lots of calories and increase strength through cardio intervals and body-weight strengthening moves.
